Event: 100 million Thieves land on Arad

- If you play a thief, you will get high chance to have a thief doll drop (non-thief classes have small chance)
- 4 thieves in a pt doesn't mean 4x drop rate for thief doll
- NPC Minet (Thief trainer) will sell Coin of Thief for 10 thief dolls, use that coin for the machine between Kanna and Kiri.
- You can get challenges, coins, HP/MP pot (Kanna's bread and milk ), Stress/Fatigue restore pot, SP reset pot from that machine

only for thief, nexon said BUT OTHER CLASSES STILL CAN MAKE USE OF THIS. HOHOHOHOHOH
